Festival News: Truck Festival Unveil Their Second Wave Of Acts

Oxfordshire’s famous Truck Festival has unveiled a stellar second wave of acts for this July’s weekender which is sure to be a stunner.

From Courting to The Kites, the line-up additions are something to behold. As ever, the festival is set to host some of the most exciting artists around today.

The previously announced headline acts are truly formidable. Nothing But Thieves, Kasabian, Courteeners and Bloc Party are all to take to Hill Farm in Oxfordshire. The fact that such enormous acts are heading to Truck Festival is proof of the ever-growing stature of the event. Truck has snowballed in hype and quality over the years.

This time around, the buzz is even more apparent. The festival has experienced a record demand for tickets, further evidencing its growing popularity.

This increased interest is no coincidence. With names such as Blossoms, The Last Dinner Party, Franz Ferdinand and Wunderhorse not even occupying headline slots, the festival is boasting acts of the upmost quality all throughout each day of the weekend. Festival goers can expect full days of entertainment, they won’t have to wait for the headliners to get their fix of quality performance. There’s even a solid comedy line up, with Reggie Watts as a headliner. If comedy is your thing, Truck’s there for you.

The recent line-up news has proved extremely popular with those who are eyeing up a weekend at Hill Farm. There really is something for everyone at Truck Festival. Westside Cowboy were one act that festival goers were pleased to see on the new posters. Their recent popularity has clearly been noted by the festival organisers. Those who catch them at Truck Festival can expect to see inventive guitar music that will capture attention from the off.

If dance music is more your style, Truck Festival ahs that covered too. Notably, Fish56Octagon is set to make an appearance. The artist offers a range of electronic sounds, from techno or house to drum and bass. It’s all going to be happening at Truck Festival.

Speaking on the latest additions to the line-up, Festival Manager Lily Brimble and Head of Marketing Sam Harris said: “Wow. Just wow. That’s our reaction to the response we’ve seen so far when it comes to Truck 2025, with tickets flying out at record speed that has us incredibly excited for the summer to come.”

It’s no wonder there’s been such a positive reaction to the line-up news, Truck Festival has delivered yet again. Festival goers will now be eager to take to Hill Farm, set p camp, and enjoy a weekend of brilliant entertainment and (hopefully) some good, July weather.
