Award winning Scouse indie rockers The Cheap Thrills add to their discography with the brilliantly bright ‘Reborn’.
Since 2015, The group have been grinding on their own to put themselves on the map: having put on and promoted their own gigs, as well as releasing tracks with no backing. They’ve gone from strength to strength as they’ve put out more and more music and the latest single is the epitome of the band’s work ethic and talent.
The latest single comes across as a beautiful hybrid of songs from bands like Sea girls as well as other modern indie rock acts who have come from The Cheap Thrills’ home city.
The track is sure to be a hit amongst supporters and it’s more than likely that it will be one to put the Scouse group on the radar of new listeners, with its big, bright choruses and strong guitar riffs.
The band are no strangers to popularity, having already been given the green light regarding a show at Liverpool’s o2 Academy later this year on their UK tour. The latest single becomes one of many which will draw new fans in for these upcoming live dates.
Having won ‘Liverpool Band of The Year’ in 2022 must have bolstered the confidence of The Cheap Thrills, as the latest release boasts their talents in such perfect fashion.
‘I’m reborn, I’m reborn, I’ve been born again’. The chorus is so catchy and will prove to be one that crowds eat up. There’s a real release in the group’s latest single. It builds up in classic Indie fashion before bursting seemingly uncontrollably at the point of the word ‘reborn’ being repeated.
It’s the perfect release by the group as they continue to add to their ever-growing discography. ‘Reborn’ becomes the latest banger released by the Liverpudlian group.
