2000trees add Belgian powerhouse Brutus to their already huge line-up!

With a line-up that already includes the likes of Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Deaf Havana and more, we are delighted to announce that 2000trees will be adding Belgian trio Brutus - who will be bringing their genre-boundary-breaking post hardcore sound to the festival.
Their latest album - ‘What Have We Done’, represents Brutus at their very peak. A constantly evolving journey of a song, it grows in stature from the plaintive elegance of Stefanie Mannaerts’ opening verse through to the climactic catharsis that emerges as coruscating post-rock guitar rise to the surface. Powered by the vulnerability of Stefanie’s voice, its lyrics capture the struggle of being trapped within those self-defeating patterns of repeated behaviour: “Once more we sing along, to this never-ending song, once more we carry on the pain, what have we done.”
2000trees takes place on the 5th-8th July 2023. You can purchase your tickets here: https://www.twothousandtreesfestival.co.uk/tickets/
