Video Premiere: Siobhan Winifred - 'This House'
After the enormous praise for her recently shared second single ‘This House’, alt-pop artist Siobhán Winifred has returned to deliver the official video to her latest release.
Resonating the heartache that comes with seeing an ex with someone else, the new visuals for ‘This House’ look to reflect the isolating experience many go through after an upsetting breakup. The taxi ride home can be the most lonely yet reflective part of a night out, and Siobhan perfectly captures this raw and heartfelt emotion throughout her newest video.
Speaking about the video, she said, "I wrote ‘This House’ after a house party where I saw my ex moving on. I felt really claustrophobic and desperately wanted to leave so we focused on that idea for the music video - the taxi journey home from a house party. I think it’s a universal experience: leaving a night out early, getting in a cab, putting your headphones in and staring out the window as it drives through the city. It’s exactly what I did the night the song was written about so it felt really authentic to recreate that”.
We are delighted to be able to give you an exclusive look at the visuals for latest single ‘This House’.
